Two James is Detroit’s first licensed distillery since prohibition. With a passion for craft and sustainability, they blend organic ingredients with ingenuity. 

The Problem

Distilling is a highly regulated industry. Laws created a nearly impenetrable barrier to entry for most small firms until recently. In order for independents like Two James to compete, they need to have the ability to navigate a litany of reporting requirements.

The Solution

3030 pored over volumes of regulation by the Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau to develop an encoding system for distilled spirits that allows any product to be easily classified and tracked through it’s life cycle. This allows for real time reporting, correct excise tax payment, and a sophisticated view inside operations that is typically only afforded to the big boys.
